Walk in to meet our HR team and hiring leaders to learn more about joining us as a Patient Service Associate.

To provide efficient patient services and administrative support in Specialist Outpatient Clinics, including consultation support, financial counselling, appointment coordination, billing, and frontline operations. The role ensures smooth clinic operations, quality patient experience, and accurate maintenance of patient information in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Patient Services & Operations

  • Deliver frontline patient services including registration, appointment coordination, billing, payment, charge entry, and PDPA‑compliant management of patient information.
  • Attend to patient and visitor enquiries, manage feedback or complaints, and communicate waiting times or service delays.
  • Monitor daily clinic workload and support smooth patient flow and operations.

Consultation & Clinical Support

  • Ensure readiness of consultation rooms and counters.
  • Support doctors during consultations through chaperoning, language translation, patient preparation, and assistance with examinations or minor procedures.
  • Perform basic patient care activities, assist with specimen collection, manage patient records, provide post‑consultation instructions, and coordinate appointments across clinics or hospitals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE N, O level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma
  • Minimum two years of working experience will be advantageous
  • Basic PC knowledge is a must
  • Willing to work 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night shifts), on weekends and public holidays
