Centre of Healthcare Innovation (CHI)’s Digital & Smart Health Office (DSHO) supports digital enablement and automation, facilitate innovation prototyping and accelerate digital health care journeys and evaluate digital technologies and wayfind the adoption of new technologies in health.

In alignment with the above, we are looking for someone with passion for digital transformation in healthcare and are flexible and adaptable, ready to meet the changing demands of the digital healthcare landscapes..  This includes: -

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions in the area of UX designs and metrics tracking.

 

  • Facilitate user experience discovery workshops to extract detailed user requirements and workflows and convert these into specific digital user experience requirements.

 

  • Effectively communicate the evolving user experience at different stages of the design process using visual aids such as storyboards, user task flows, and low/high-fidelity prototypes.

 

  • Conduct thorough concept and usability testing, gather user feedback, and integrate these insights along with business requirements into continuous product experience enhancements.

 

  • Champion the importance of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, and advocate for their prioritization in the project roadmap.

 

  • Ensure consistent and seamless user experience across all digital transformation initiatives, focusing on user and navigation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Product design, Computer Science (User Experience), or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in creating and implementing UX design.
  • Able to appreciate the complexity of healthcare user/patient experience.
  • Any experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Mobile and Web Portfolio that demonstrates skills in interaction design should be submitted.
  • Experience in designing across multiple platforms (including but not limited to mobile, web, or hardware)
  • Proficiency in design software such as from the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with coding using HTML, CSS or comparable languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with using and updating a Design System Library is a plus.
  • Skills in stakeholder facilitation, communicating and influencing product design strategy
  • Good problem-solving aptitude and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as designs are applied to platforms
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time while maintaining high attention to details.
