Temporary Sr Accountant/Assistant Manager (4 months)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management Accounting
1. Prepare Profit/Loss statements and highlight key variances to ROs for assigned departments.
2. Work with relevant parties to ensure smooth system automation and migration of relevant systems that affect Finance systems eg Cosy, SAP/NBS
3. Prepare NEV/NPV tabulations for TAC committee on capital items purchases to ensure they are financially viable.
4. Review and prepare selected DRGs by NHG HQ for Utilisation management analysis.
General
1. Prepare documents required by MOHH auditors for FY24 YH Review of Inpatient Billing Analytics.
2. To bring forward any issues to the Snr Manager/Director/CFO (where relevant) instances when controls are not in place and to recommend relevant changes.
3. Assist other team members involved in yearly forecast/budget in other BAU work such as updating FY23 COSY templates, month-end journals and other ad-hoc tasks.
4. Any other job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education, Training and Experience
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
