Temporary Patient Service Associate (2 months)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) SPECIFIC (90%)
- To perform Radiology slots management, Radiology work queue and optimisation to support patient’s access to care in the Radiology department. This includes receiving and facilitating appointment related queries from Contact Centre, Wards, A&E and SOC etc.
- Assist doctor and patient in changes of appointments by re-scheduling appointments in the EPIC system and establish contact with patients to inform them of the changes
- Provide coordination of appointments with other clinics/hospitals where possible
- Maintain confidentiality of patient's information and adhere to PDPA guidelines
- Prepare regular reports and analysis of data for issues, trends and opportunities
- To work in co-operation with other service providers and departments in the course of daily work
- To adhere to the hospital's and department's standards in the discharge of duties
(B) GENERAL (20%)
- To continuously seek improvement to improve customer and patient satisfaction.
- Attend continuing education and training on regular basis to maintain one's competency
- To participate in corporate events whenever necessary
- To undertake other duties when assigned
