Temporary Associate Executive
Position: Temp Associate Executive (6 months contract)
Department: General Services & Operations
Job Description:
To provide administrative support, service operations and quality improvement to General Operations & Linen Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to General Operations & Linen Department, including correspondence management, meeting coordination, appointment scheduling, event planning, and preparation of meeting minutes whilst maintaining accurate departmental records.
- Monitor and coordinate the Department's CAPEX and OPEX budget utilization, ensuring adherence to established procedures and financial guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain the Department's performance dashboard with accurate data and metrics.
- Monitor and track linen inventory flow, including clean linen distribution to wards, linen returns from wards, dirty linen collection, and timely delivery of clean linen to storage facilities.
- Manage damaged linen identification, proper segregation, and reporting processes for lease deduction purpose.
- Maintain accurate data records for all linen stock levels and movements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by department heads to support organizational objectives.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation standards.
- Provide coverage for other administrative staff during absences to ensure continuity of operations.
- Able to commit working for the entire contract period from Jan 2026 to Jun 2026. Please indicate travel plans (if any).
Requirements:
Competency
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
Educational and Professional Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or ‘A’ Level or NITEC / Higher NITEC with minimum 2-3 years of experience
