Position: TEMP EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (BMU OPERATIONS)

Job Description:
Temp Executive Assistant (BMU Operations) plays a crucial role in providing operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Bed Management Unit. This includes performing bed assignment duties for patient admission and transfer, coordinating regular department meetings, as well as purchasing and maintaining office supplies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Allocate and assign beds for admission and transfer based on patient needs while working closely with clinical teams.
- Prepare regular and/or ad-hoc bed status reports for stakeholders.
- Perform secretariat duties such as managing the clinical advisor roster and arranging regular monthly department meetings with various stakeholders.
- Maintain and upkeep the office inventory.
- Support the department in other administrative and logistical functions when required.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
