Position: TEMP Executive Assistant (6 months contract)

Job Description:
Temp Executive Assistant plays a crucial role as you will be providing support to ensure the smooth operations of educational programmes within the Department of People and Organisation Development. This includes managing administrative functions, coordinating programme operations, and supporting digital learning initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive administrative functions for post-graduate programmes which includes the processing of student applications, managing financial transactions for payments and subsidies, maintaining detailed programme documentation, coordinating academic schedules, preparing course materials, and handling faculty payment processing.
- Ensure smooth programme operations through systematic record keeping and timely processing of administrative requirements while maintaining compliance with institutional procedures.
- Coordinate end-to-end operational management of post-graduate programmes, encompassing lecture delivery, examination administration, and major events coordination.
- Provide responsive support for student needs and coordinate effectively with internal departments, while maintaining productive partnerships with external vendors to ensure optimal programme delivery and service quality.
- Support initiatives to enhance learning and teaching through technology adoption, working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement digital solutions that improve educational delivery and administrative efficiency. Support the evaluation and implementation of new technological tools to streamline operations and enhance user experience for both educators and learners.
- Manage end-to-end book sales operations including customer liaison through digital platforms (Stripe/FormSG), processing of institutional purchases via e-Invoicing, and inventory management. Coordinate with Finance for sales reconciliation and maintain accurate records of transactions and stock levels.
- To provide clerical and operational support in any other duties assigned.
