Responsibilities

 

Working in the training department, you will be providing support to ensure the smooth operations of training programs. This includes assisting with participants’ registrations, backend data entry, maintaining training databases, coordinating logistics for training and handling enquiries from internal and external parties. You will also be providing general administrative support to the training team. 

 

Ability to generate reports from system and good time management skills are essential work areas.

 

 

Requirements

  • A diploma / degree, preferably in Business Administration Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years in Operations/ Administration. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Tasks and details oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Able to commit working till end of contract. Please indicate travel plans (if any).
