FINANCE EXECUTIVE (Temporary)

 

This temporary position is for an experienced executive who can start immediately and commit to the Team until Nov 2024. We offer you a friendly environment where you will gain insights into the healthcare industry.

 

The job

 

You will assist the Team in:

 

  1. Financial Management such as
    • Budget and projection
    • Month-end closing activities and reports
    • Accrual of income and expenses
    • Monthly P/L reports with commentaries
    • Review balance sheet schedules to resolve outstanding items
    • Check IT invoices for validity before preparing for payment
    • Business partnering eg, advising departments in financial matters, policies and procedures
    • Participate in implementation of budgeting system

 

  1. Group Treasury such as
  • Prepare:
    • Cash flow projections
    • Board paper with cash flow statement
    • Monthly journals and schedules
    • Cash and Investment Segmentation Report (CISR)
  • Ensure sufficient funds for payments and prepare the funds transfer instructions
  • Maintain bank accounts, bank signatories and related documentation

 

 

Education/Experience

 

Degree in Accountancy / Business / completed ACCA

Min 5 years relevant experience at Executive level

Advance Excel, Powerpoint, Word and SAP skills

Good written and spoken English
