Job Description:

The Pharmacy Storekeeper is responsible for managing pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining proper storage conditions for medications and medical supplies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to regulatory requirements, and coordination with pharmacy staff to support efficient pharmaceutical operations.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Receive and issue/distribute stocks accurately and timely
  • Segregate drugs clearly with different expiry dates/ brands
  • Ensure drugs are stored under appropriate storage conditions
  • Calibrate de-blistering equipment and perform de-blistering process
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of equipment parts
  • Repack medication into unit dose packages manually
  • Top-up supplies into the Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) accurately and timely
  • Assist the Pharmacy Technician in monitoring inventory level and expiry dates
  • Maintain general housekeeping of unit dose pharmacy
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

 

 

 

Requirements:

Competency

  1. Computer literate (preferred)
  2. Good team player with positive learning attitude

 

Educational and Professional Requirements

  1. Min GCE 'O' level / NTC 2
  1. Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
