Job Description
In this role, you are responsible for end to end recruitment process. You are required to work closely with stakeholders such as hiring managers from the respective business units, HRBP etc. End to end recruitment prcoess wil encompass sourcing, shortlisting, positioning qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews and being part of the selection processs. You will also be involved in the salary proposal and offer negotiation process. Additionally, you will also be handling the sponsorship/scholarships portfolio such as organising and participating in outreach events, shortlisting and interviewing potential students, preparing of bond deeds, attending to student queries and processing of allowances. This position requires you to be able to build a good pipeline of qualified candidates to fill evergreen/critical positions and to maintain/report necessary recruitment numbers where required.

 

Requirements

  • Degree with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in HR recruitment functions
  • A good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and/or other relevant HR systems
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with people at all levels
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast pace environment
  • Resourceful, resilent and able to work independently
  • Demonstrate and aptitude for problem solving
  • Experience in the healthcare sector and familiar with Success Factors will be an added advantage
