Sr/Executive, People Development (CHI)
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operational and administrative aspects of Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives and programmes.
- Support and implement learning needs analysis, learning plans and monitor the utilisation of training and budget.
- Administer the learning management system and platforms, including the uploading of training courseware and learning reports and monitoring the completion of the online modules/courses.
- Design and deliver behavioural learning solutions using a broad range of learning tools (face-to-face, digital, and blended learning options)
- Generate L&D reports and dashboards, to provide management oversight on the utilisation of training slots, budget, participation rate and the status of learning of the programs.
- Perform secretariat function for meetings and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, preparation of agenda and notes-taking.
- Provide administrative support for the team.
Requirements
- Passionate about people and culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning and development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 applications – Word / Excel / TEAMS / OneDrive.
- Well-versed with Learning Management systems.
- A strong team player with good time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, resourceful, and independent worker, who is ready to take on new challenges.
- Experience in stand-up training and facilitation would be an advantage.
