Sr/Executive, HR Well-Being
As Senior/Executive, HR Well-being, you will assist the Manager to translate NHG and TTSH staff well-being strategies into actionable programmes and measurable outcomes. You will also be responsible for planning, promoting and implementing Workplace Health Promotion programmes and services, to create an environment to improve and enhance staff health, well-being and work-life.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.
• Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events
• Analyse post health screening data to implement needs-based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcome.
• Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well-being.
• Undertake the Secretariat roles for both Workplace Safety & Health Council plus Well-being Committee to support the hospital efforts in the development and implementation of the workplace safety and health framework as well as promote staff wellness in TTSH.
• Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programmes.
• Manage and ensure smooth running of the hospital’s sports and social recreational facilities
• Collaborate with NHG to plan and promote cluster level social/sport activities/competitions to encourage staff interaction & bonding amongst all NHG institutions e.g. NHG Bonding Activities (NBA).
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
• Degree in Health Management & Promotion (Health Services Management, Sports & Wellness Management etc) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in health promotion, sports & events planning/management
• Mature, energetic and able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Experience in conducting health and sports programmes would be an advantage.
