Executive/Senior Executive

NHG Group Clinical Education (Strategic Planning & Development)

The Executive/Senior Executive, NHG Group Clinical Education will assist the Assistant Director and Director in ensuring the proper governance of and improving the quality of clinical education in NHG.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Faculty Management and Recognition

  • Implement and support the development of various faculty appointment schemes in NHG Group Clinical Education.
  • Administer faculty recognition schemes and teaching awards at the cluster and institution level.
  • Support faculty development activities such as conference sponsorship, Master/PhD studies in clinical education education, workshops/programmes.

 

Governance, Policy and Strategic Planning

  • Support the development and review of clinical education policies and MOUs/Agreements.
  • Assist in management and governance reporting.

 

The Executive/Senior Executive would also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives. This would be done by matching the aspirations and competence of the Executive/Senior Executive to the needs of the projects.

 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

(a) Education/Training/Experience

  • Minimum – a recognised Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; higher degree preferred.
  • Prior work experience in the field of education administration/clinical education/workplace learning is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with different groups of stakeholders.
  • Resourceful, meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Good time management skills and able to multi-task and deliver within strict timelines.
  • Passion to contribute to the healthcare landscape in Singapore.
