Sr/Executive, Collaborating Centres' Support Office (CSO)

We spearhead innovation by driving the adoption of the CHI Innovation Cycle, care and process redesign and in the use of technology. CHI leads transformation at the care, systems and ecosystem levels to achieve better health and healthcare for future generations.
The Collaborating Centres’ Support Office (CSO) supports three key collaborating centres of CHI:
- Centre for Allied Health and Pharmacy Excellence (CAPE)
- Centre for Asian Nursing Studies (CANS)
- Centre for Health Activation (CHA)
We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at CSO. You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and supporting initiatives across the three centres, contributing to the development of innovative care models, workforce transformation, and driving community engagement. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that fosters co-learning, supports project implementation, and enables meaningful collaborations in health and social care innovation for the population.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of strategies, workplans, projects and innovation programmes across CAPE, CANS and CHA, in alignment with CHI’s strategic objectives in the focal areas of workforce transformation and health activation.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders, partners and users of healthcare system (patients, volunteers, and caregivers), to facilitate cross-functional innovation and knowledge exchange.
- Work with teams to co-develop and execute integrated communications and engagement strategies, including digital and offline platforms.
- Provide administrative, secretariat and event support for communities of practice, meetings, working groups and large-scale community or professional events.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, presentations and documentation for leadership updates and reporting requirements.
- Ensure consistent knowledge sharing and effective project monitoring with digital tools like Excel, Power BI, Power Automate or other data dashboards.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Anthropology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare, community or public sector.
- Passionate about healthcare transformation and social innovation.
- Experience in project coordination, community initiatives, or strategic communications.
- Familiar with digital platforms and keen interest in using data or technology to streamline workflows and measure outcomes.
- Work independently and in teams, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Efficient multiple tasker in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience in event planning and managing stakeholder engagements is an advantage.
