JOB SUMMARY

To setup and oversee the events audio visual & lighting requirement, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in service delivery. Support all sound and video operations of events at facilities of Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Centre for Healthcare Innovation.

 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

AV & Event Operations

  • Provide AV & Lighting supports and assistance for meetings and events. (Physical & Virtual)
  • Able to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and setup and operate audio visual equipment for trainings, meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
  • Onsite troubleshooting and provides logistic support to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Flexible and responding quickly in a positive manner with the changing requirement.
  • Act as liaison with clients and incoming production teams
  • Provide assistance for room bookings.
  • Plan and execute maintenance and improvement works
  • Report maintenance request to relevant department within the set procedure and follow up through appropriate channels.
  • Manage and monitor building digital signage and update event poster or video
  • Vendor management

 

Administrative & Other Duties

  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeeping of the audio systems, infrastructure, inventory, and audio stores in the venue.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times by conforming to all established safety policies and procedures.
  • Billing matters upon completion of events.
  • To be aware of competitors in the market and prepare technical findings and reports for management review
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC
  • Self-motivated, driven, analytical, assertive and a good team player
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience working in a fast-paced technology environment and technical support for audio in auditoriums and multi-purpose audio-visual facilities
  • Good knowledge of sound, video and communication equipment in order to facilitate effective, efficient and economic use at all times.
  • Know-how in PC/ Server troubleshooting, networking and some knowledge in Creston would be an advantage.
  • Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to perform rostered work including weekends and public holidays
