Sr Patient Service Associate
As a Senior Patient Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly, efficient customer serviec and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of internal and external customer / patients witht he key aim of providing excellent patient care.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the clinic services
- Attends to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications
- Follow up on doctors' and patients' requests
- Manages patients' appointment listing and calling patients
- Reviews and ensures sufficient manpower coverage within clinics daily
- Assists in delegation of staff duties
- Orientates and trains new joinees
- Monitors clinic queue, consultation waiting time and intervene with service recovery
- Collates clinic stocks, stationery and office consumbles
- Assists in chaperone, translation and financial counselling
- Assists in management of Fall Risk and Fast Track patients
- Assists in registration
- Assists in clinic surveys with PR department
- Serves in relevant committee as assigned
- Ensures general housekeeping and cleanliness is maintained
- Drive quality improvement efforts, eg 6S
- Assists Snr PSA counter in mentoring and guiding new staff
- Assists in reports and other administrative routines
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
Requirements
- Preferably GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Possess a non judgmental attitude
- Preferably 3 years working experience in service industry
- Experience in customer service / healthcare industry will be an advantage
