Patient Service Associate Executive
As a Patient Service Associate Executive, you will be expected to deliver friendly, efficient customer serviec and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of internal and external customer / patients witht he key aim of providing excellent patient care.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and screen patients arriving at the clinic
- Perform full process of registration, administration and make appointments for patients
- Prepare referral letters and main proper filing system for scanned documents
- Manage consult rooms before and after clinic
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Provide excellent service standards and assistance to patients
- Perform counter and medical record duties
- Answer and handle telephone and upfront enquiries
- Provide supervision to ensure that clinic matters are attended to promptly
- Ensure clinic coverage with proper deployment
- Attend to PR matters as first in line
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferably GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Possess a non judgmental attitude
- Preferably 3 years working experience in service industry
- Experience in customer service / healthcare industry will be an advantage
