Position: Patient Service Associate

Department:  NAMS / Quit Vape Helpline

 

 

Job Description:

To attend to patients (include registration, scheduling of appointment and payment collection) and address enquiries from patients and members of public via the frontline serve counters, the Quit Vape Helpline and the Quit Vape mailbox.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To provide clerical and operational support
  2. Reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing, enquiries, and reporting

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

Competency

  1. Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Skilled in utilizing and navigating digital communication systems and platform with strong technological proficiency

 

 

Educational and Professional Requirements

  1. GCE ‘A’ levels or equivalent with customer service experience.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
