Sr Patient Service Associate, Emergency Svcs

Responsibilities

To provide clerical and support functions in the Emergency department as well as the reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing and enquiries.

 

Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
  • Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work 3 shifts(7am to 2.45pm / 1.45pm to 9.30pm / 9pm to 7.30am)  on Public Holiday and weekend 
  • Comfortable to work in ward settling which is non-airconditioned

 

The team will be rotated for night shifts and after the night shift, staffs are given a rest day follow by a day off. 
Inorder to grant staff 5 days work week, staff are required to perform 1 long shift every 2 weeks (7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, 9am-9pm).
