Job Description:
Patient Service Associate plays a crucial role in facilitating patient care and administrative functions, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide clerical and operational support
- Reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing, enquiries, and reporting.

Educational and Professional Requirements
- GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work staggered working hours to follow clinic opening hours
- 7.45am-5.15pm
- 8.00am-5.30pm
- 8.30am-6.00pm
- 9.00am-6.30pm
- 9.30am-7.00pm
- Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at following locations (Outram - Health Promotion Board/ Queenstown Polyclinic & Geylang Polyclinic) when necessary
