Sr Manager
Job Description:
- Manage medical staff manpower planning, postings, and coordination with external agencies.
- Support the development and implementation of policies related to medical staff management.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of medical personnel.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through the use of integrated portal system.
- Manage hospital-level document repository system.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and professional councils on registration and compliance matters.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support to senior medical leadership and committees.
- Coordinate meetings, handle professional enquiries, and support cross departmental collaboration.
- Supervise administrative staff and support the smooth operation of the department’s functions.
Job Requirement:
- Recognised degree.
- Preferably 5 to 7 years of healthcare experience.
- Experience in managing IT systems an advantage.
- Experience in preparation of presentations/policies/proposals/papers.
- Strong in stakeholder management, with good analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral, written and presentation skills.
- Proactive and meticulous.
