As part of NHG’s commitment to digital transformation and operational excellence in HR, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Group HRIS.
Job Summary
The HRIS Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee all system-related initiatives within Group HRIS, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational integration. This role will also spearhead the rollout of strategic programs such as Case Management and Agentic AI, while driving data integrity and process efficiency across NHG institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive the implementation of Case Management and Agentic AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Facilitate effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and PHIs to ensure smooth integration of new systems.
- Champion change management efforts to drive user adoption and maximize the value of HRIS solutions.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Data Governance & Cleanup
- Oversee the data cleanup initiative across all PHIs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of employee records in iConnect.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to support compliance and readiness for analytics and AI deployment.
- Monitor and report on data quality improvements and error reduction metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS project management
· Proven track record in managing large-scale HR technology implementations.
· Strong understanding of HR operations, data governance, and emerging technologies like AI.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
· Experience with platforms such SAP SuccessFactors
· PMP or equivalent project management certification.
