Sr Manager

Institution:  National Healthcare Group
Family Group:  Administration

Job Purpose

As a member of NHG’s Clinical Transformation Department, the Manager/ Senior Manager will facilitate and coordinate initiatives relating to strategic clinical planning and evolution of care delivery models, with focus on (1) improving access to care to ensure that patients receive timely services and have an enhanced overall experience, (2) advancing clinical excellence across NHG and (3) enhancing awareness to strengthen communication and engagement with patients, residents, and partners.

As one of three public healthcare clusters in Singapore, NHG is entrusted to serve and meet the healthcare needs of about one-third of national population which amounts to around 1.5 million residents. Faced with a rapidly ageing population, workforce and talent crunch, increasing pressure due to rising healthcare cost while operating under a new capitation funding model, achieving our objectives demands a can-do spirit and a collective “Business Unusual” mindset.

To this end, the Manager / Senior Manager is expected to be a good team player, reliable, resourceful and responsive. He/ She will interact closely with stakeholders across various functions and institutions of NHG, as well as external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (and its agencies), government entities and other partnering healthcare providers/ professionals.
