Sr Manager
The Senior Manager of Population Health Office’s Development and Innovation (Planning and Development) will support the Deputy Director in driving development and innovation across NHG Population Health (PH). This includes building and establishing innovation capabilities, facilitating and nurturing early-stage innovation, and growing innovation culture and mindset across the system. These efforts will strategically position PH to achieve its long-term aspirations and deliver on its population health mandate for residents in Central and North Singapore.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education/Training/Experience
- Good bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience in innovation related work, with expertise in innovation tools such as Lean, Design Thinking and Behavioral Science
- Having healthcare sector experience will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating cross-functional improvement projects or delivering projects of similar nature across the full life cycle.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong forward thinking, strategic thinking, administrative and project coordination skills.
- Strong written and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
