We are looking for Senior Manager for Staff Well-Being (SWB) team to join us to build a caring workplace of Happy, Healthy & Passionate People for Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) & Yishun Community Hospital (YCH). Staff Well-Being (SWB) is one of the three KTPH and& YCH foundation areas, adopting the Ministry of Health Well-Being and Joy-in-Work framework. 

 

The incumbent will require to track, monitor and improve the well-being initiatives and programme to maximise positive impact on staff and organisation.

 

 

Responsibilities include the following:

 

  1. Plan, conceptualise, organise, execute and review Staff Well-Being initiatives through:
    1. Physical and mental wellness programme (e.g. workshops, talks, company-wide events and staff perks)
    2. Annual signature events, namely Fitness Challenge and Well-Being Festival
    3. Reviewing related procedures and guidelines
    4. Research on trends/ pioneering efforts of SWB in other companies and countries

 

  1. Communications:
    1. Enable internal communications platforms
    2. Develop content for SWB presentations e.g. staff orientation, department meetings, Management updates etc
    3. Contact point for government agencies / partners on Well-Being and Library programme

 

  1. Support:
    1. Library management
    2. Staff Lounges e.g. ensure pantry appliances and table game equipment are in working condition
    3. Sourcing and procurement of well-being and library items
    4. Evaluate corporate deals and bazaar vendors
    5. Events calendar
    6. Award applications
    7. Peer Support programme
    8. Secretariat or HR representative in organising committee of company-wide events, including Cultural Diversity Day, Staff Carnival, Dinner & Dance etc.
    9. Exposure to other areas of HR as part of career development

 

  1. Projects:
    1. F&B tenancy evaluation
    2. Group led initiatives
    3. Other ad-hoc activities as and when assigned by Reporting Officer

 

  1. Assist in supervising the well-being team members, including establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators, coaching, and mentoring.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business-related discipline with some exposure in Human Resource preferred.
  • At least 4 years of working experience with 2 years in managing Well-Being related programs and activities.
  • Experience with a large-sized company and/or health related company will be an advantage.
  • Excellent writing, planning, organization and administration skills.
  • IT savvy, with knowledge of productivity tools such as Forms.sg, Canva etc preferred.
