Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition (1 year contract)
Role Overview
This is a specialised role within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team responsible for driving adoption, optimisation, and ongoing governance of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iConnect (SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting). Although the system was implemented in 2023, its utilisation across institutions has been inconsistent, resulting in incomplete data, limited visibility, and inefficiencies in recruitment operations.
This role is essential not only to drive 100% usage, but also to test, validate, and effectively implement ATS workflows, enhancements, and new features. The Specialist will engage each institution to understand current practices, standardise processes, and ensure capability uplift through structured playbooks and training.
Approximately 70% of the role focuses on ATS testing, implementation, process standardisation, and capability building. The remaining 30% supports the delivery of medical recruitment activities.
