Sr Executive/Asst Manager/Sr Asst Manager (Ops Surgery)

• Support Strategic Projects: Assist in the implementation of hospital initiatives, helping to ensure alignment with national level (MOH) and cluster level (NHG) objectives.
• Contribute to Operations: Support process improvement activities and help maintain service quality standards for optimal patient care delivery.
• Assist Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to support patient-centric initiatives and contribute to sustainable care models.
• Monitor and Report: Help track key performance indicators and assist in preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Who You Are:

• Early Career Professional: You hold a good degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience. A genuine interest in healthcare operations is essential.
• Detail-Oriented: You possess strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and are comfortable working with data and numbers.
