Business Office Functions
Included but not limited:
Iniitial setup and thereafter maintenance for NHG PopHealth (PopHealth) Community Health
1)NBS: including contract scheme, third party codes and various claims reporting and SAP FICO/ S4 Hana (future state) to ensure correctness of data recorded in both systems.
2) Policies and procedures: work with the manager to establish and implementing policies and procedures, and internal controls for Business Office.
BAU
1) Submission and coordination of claims to CPF Board (Medisave), Insurance Parties (Medishield) and MOH (PH MediFund and FAS) with updating to SAP FICO/ S4 Hana (future state)
2) MediFund and FAS liaison for internal reporting
- including completeness and accuracy in documentation maintenance, auditing, reporting (including preparation of documents/ slides for NHGP MediFund and FAS committee meeting)
- annual budget on MediFund and FAS amounts for submission to MOH (based on trending and budget patient revenue, workload)
3)Management and maintenance of Accounts Receivables (AR) (including Statement of Accounts preparation and reporting to stakeholders, Cluster debts management)
4) Liaison party with internal stakeholders on queries regarding to matters pertaining to Business Office (eg. Medisave and MediFund/ FAS matters, assisting escalation of patients’ feedback received from 1FSS AR)

Job Requirements |

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or Accounting with at least 3 years’ experience · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications · Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and a growth mindset · Good team player with the ability to build rapport · Meticulous and observant with an eye for detail · Able to handle complex and challenging situations · Experience in healthcare will be an advantage |
