Sr Executive
A. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be responsible for managing comprehensive procurement activities and contract administration matters. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end procurement process, from initial sourcing requirements through to contract finalization and ongoing administration. Your responsibilities will encompass vendor management, compliance with procurement policies, and ensuring efficient delivery of goods and services that support the organization’s infrastructure and facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management:
- Partner with Facility and Project Managers to identify sourcing needs and deliver timely procurement support, including pre-tender preparation, cost analysis, and contract administration for development and procurement works
- Navigate procurement processes through Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) procedures
Contract Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend suppliers and contractors that meet organizational requirements through defined selection processes
- Review vendor deliverables, assist in contract negotiations, and maintain comprehensive contract records
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor monthly Key Performance Indicator reports and generate required reporting to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
B. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributes to innovation projects and other essential improvement works.
- Provides support for departmental strategic planning, including annual workplan, budget and manpower and people development, in accordance to Corporate Development planning guidelines and timelines
- Performs any other duties assigned by your Reporting Officer
