Sr Executive

This person will be part of the Clinician Scientist Development Office (CSDO) in NHG Health Group Research and Innovation (GRI). He/She will be expected to work on a diverse array of projects, support various initiatives related to research and other offices in NHG Health GRI. 

1. Lead the management of NHG Health intramural Clinician Scientist (CS) Development Programmes such as CSPP and CSPP+, including programme quality improvement, pre- and post-award administration to support clinicians onboard the programmme and management reporting.
2. Function as secretariat for strategic and working committees such as the NHG-LKCMedicine Clinician Scientist Review Committee (CSRC) .
3. Support the co-development of new Continuing Education Training (CET) programmes for research and innovation capability development.
4. Support CSDO/Academy of Clinician Scientists & Innovators (ACSI)-led initiatives such as research mentorship matching, CS and CI profile showcases and publicity efforts.
5. Lead/partake in intra- and inter-departmental projects as and when required
