Sr Executive
Summary
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled digital learning courseware instructional designer to join our Human Resource Development (HRD) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging digital learning content that supports employee development, compliance training, onboarding and training programmes.
Responsibilities
- Learning Systems management

- Manage organisation's learning management systems
- Provide course creation and management guidance to systems' users (such as trainers, co-ordinators, etc) to maximise learning effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop and maintains user guides for respective systems to ensure guides are relevent and updated
- Create and send regular mailers/EDMs to users for outreach and continuous education to different classes of users
- Attend to users' enquiries; Manages email box
- Govern role-based permissions settings in respective systems, to ensure compliance to cluster-agreed guidelines and good practice
- Represent institution in regular cluster workgroups and committees. Cascade relevent information to affected key users
- Represent institution to participate in cluster’s systems enhancements initiatives
- Lead and coordinate efforts at institution level for cluster implementation or enhancement projects
- E-learning design and development

- Work with stakeholders and project team to design and develop engaging learning activities and compelling SCORM compliant e-learning course content suitable for adult learners
- Brainstorm, conceptualise, storyboard and develop e-learning or mobile-learning contents including graphics, animation etc. compatible with various technological devices
- Design and create attractive and appropriate multimedia assets, including video, graphics, animations with effects.
- Upload and configure e-learning content into cluster learning management system and conduct UAT/SIT to ensure the content is in working order
- Effective use of digital media, eLearning development tools and other emerging technologies to create and deliver quality eLearning content
- Assist in maintenance and acquisition of software and hardware needed for elearning development
- Programme management and Operations

- Organise and manage the delivery of training programmes and events with programme leads.
- Handle pre to post training operations and logistics for courses and workshops
- Maintain elearning system and support participants' learning queries related to the programmes
- Coordinate with external partners on finances relating to training and programmes.
- Assist in collection, collation and generation of reports for course completion status tracking, analysis of feedback & learning outcomes
- Assist to collect feedback and analyze learning effectiveness
- Continuously update training materials based on learner feedback or organizational changes
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, human resource development, instructional technology, digital media or a related field required.
- Meticulous, creative, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects across different functional groups.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint (Advance), Excel (Advance) and Words (Intermediate).
- Preferably 3 years of demonstrated experience in online/e-learning course development or graphic/layout design.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 (or other eLearning authoring tools), audio/video editing and animation software, photography or videography will be advantageous.
