Position Summary / Project Description

As a Digital Adoption Executive in the IMH Data Science office, you will play an integral role in upskilling IMH workforce to maximise the usage of the digital tools available (i.e. M365 suite, Open Gov Products, RPA-Robotic Process Automation) and improve workforce productivity and free up time to provide patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to NHG vibrant healthcare ecosystem and uplift the digital competency of the IMH by proliferating relevant digital tools and skillsets.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills will be needed to identify problems, ideate with users and generate opportunities
  • Pre-Assessment: Identify suitable digital tools and assess the feasibility to fit within existing landscape or define phased implementations to achieve time-to-market and quick return of investment
  • Rapid Prototyping: Build prototypes and proof-of-concept to validate ideas and demonstrate the feasibility of new concepts
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging digital tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Post implementation assessment: Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital tools on workforce productivity and make recommendations for improvement
  • User Training: Lead the design and delivery of training programs to educate IMH employees on how to use digital tools effectively. Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to encourage the adoption of digital tools
  • Documentation and Knowledge sharing: Create and maintain documentation on digital tools that would improve NHG workforce productivity and foster a culture of learning and innovation within NHG
  • Continuous improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and trends to ensure IMH remains at the forefront of digital adoption.

 

 

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or physical sciences & engineering.
  • Strong knowledge in UiPath and M365 suite of products e.g. Power Apps, PowerAutomate, Power Pages. Experience in implementing and teaching is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving digital adoption and improving workforce productivity
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
