Centre of Healthcare Innovation (CHI)’s Digital & Smart Health Office (DSHO) supports digital enablement and automation, facilitate innovation prototyping and accelerate digital health care journeys and evaluate digital technologies and wayfind the adoption of new technologies in health. 

 

In tandem with the organization’s effort to drive a digital workforce, DSHO champions change and drive productivity by empowering individuals with the use of digital solutions, leveraging automaton and process redesign.  

We are looking for someone to :- 

  • Actively review and redesign existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. 

  • Implement low-code/no-code/automation solutions such as RPA to automate administrative tasks, enabling administrators to focus on value-added and more strategic responsibilities. 

  • Serve as change champion, promoting the adoption of new processes and technologies across the orgranisation. 

  • Work closely other departments, such as our People Development Office in identify opportunities for upskilling, bridging the competencies gap.   

 

Requirements 

  • Good degree with 3-5 years of working experience in Healthcare Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • Experience in low-code / no-code / automation platforms such as UiPath, M365, OGP related products. 

  • Strong background in change management and project management. 

  • Experience in the healthcare sector would be advantageous. 

  • Self-motivated, with strong personal responsibility for achieving overall team results, operating with a sense of timeliness, decisiveness, and responsiveness. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (presentation, written, and listening) skills. 

  • Good management skills and ability to multi-task; and  

  • Ability to work well independently and as a team player.
