Sr Executive / Asst Manager (Data Analyst), Clinical & Health Informatics Office (Contract)
Job Description:
The Challenges
- Conduct program evaluation of rule performance by analyzing data and identifying key performance indicators
- Clean and prepare data sets for analysis by identifying data quality issues, outliers, and errors
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends, and develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to PI and study team
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards to track performance of data quality measures
- Perform exploratory data analysis and data visualization to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Conducting complex data analysis, developing machine learning models, and implementing natural language processing solutions for clinical applications
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical teams and external partners
- Use data modelling techniques to support the creation of data-driven decision-making tools
- Oversee database operations, security protocols, and data governance frameworks
- Collaborate with other study teams to identify and communicate data-related issues and opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data analysis processes and results.
Requirements
- Trained in information technology and holds a degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing complex data analytics projects, preferably in healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of statistics, including experience using statistical software such as Python, R, or SQL for analyzing datasets.
- Cloud data platforms knowledge (AWS/Azure, Databricks)
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. is a plus
- Knowledge of database management systems and healthcare data structures
- Technical expertise in data models, database design development, text mining and data mining
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights
