Sr Executive (Strategic Partnerships)

You will manage the hospital’s strategic partnerships covering both clinical and non-clinical areas, and contracts or agreements with the strategic partners. You will facilitate and manage relationships between strategic stakeholders creating service standards and resolving issues with our partners. In addition, you will assist to lead and implement hospital business development projects by working alongside with various internal stakeholders across departments and divisions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •     Build and maintain close relationship with partners through constant engagement and communication
  •     Act as partners’ go-to-person, providing them with proactive support and help to connect them with the respective internal business units within TTSH
  •     Act as the go-to person for internal business units, providing advice and guidance on operational and contractual matters in relation to the partnership
  •     Serve as the bridge between partners and internal business units, to support existing or potential partnerships, and resolve any conflicts/issues arising from the partnership.
  •     Identify and anticipate issues, potentials risks or gaps in all matters pertaining to the partnership and take proactive actions to manage, mitigate and resolve them.
  •     Facilitate project discussions and ensure that projects are carried out according to the objectives and directions set. 
  •     Conduct regular review with partners to gather feedback on existing partnership, and identify new area(s) of partnerships or new area(s) for improvement.  
  •     Collate, track, report and analyse statistics and key performance metrics under the contracts.
  •     Review and initiate improvements on work processes
  •     Provide secretariat support for division/department meetings including writing meeting minutes and following up on meeting action points

 

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  •     Bachelor Degree in any discipline although a related field like healthcare or business management will be an advantage
  •     Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital operations and in areas such as contract management, project management and stakeholder management in large and complex organization.
  •     Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  •     Process-oriented and a flair for numbers
  •     Meticulous and analytical
  •     Possess good organisational, coordination and project management skills.
  •     Comfortable working in ambiguous and unchartered environment
  •     Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
  •     An effective team player who can work well with stakeholders of all levels of staff (including senior management) and across functions or departments
  •     Driven, passionate and service oriented
  •     Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
