Sr / Executive (NGEMR Report)

You will build reports and manage the reporting function in Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) System within the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), which is an advanced, integrated medical record system put in place by the Ministry of Health (MOH) for the Singapore population. Specifically, you will be in charge of the collation and generation of reports for the Operations departments within IMH. The goal is to grow NGEMR it into an information hub where all relevant environmental information and hospital reports can be obtained in a timely, accurate and reliable manner.

Working closely with business partners at HQ-level and IMH business process owners, you will lead, review and streamline reporting requirements to ensure information gaps are addressed. You will also be involved in the required NGEMR/EPIC trainings and certifications to build the needed reports in NGEMR.

In addition, you would also be required to perform half yearly user access review for NGEMR system, maintenance of mapping file of system roles to department users and report access.

Requirements 

• Preferably a degree in information technology, computer science, statistics, science or engineering related discipline
• Proficiency in programming, in particular Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Experience working in a hospital’s information services/business reporting department, EPIC certifications, or prior experience with NGEMR will be an added advantage
• A good team player and eager to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
