Job Summary

As Senior/Executive*, Operations (JOINT), you will support the Manager and/or Head of Department to manage the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives on Oncology Care Framework through administration of collaboration, clinical operations support, service contract and business strategy projects in relation to Oncology services for TTSH and NHG. This support will encompass duties and projects in the areas of (1) coordination of patient care, (2) clinical quality service, (3) service quality (4) service development, (5) financial and resource management as well as (6) the monitoring of key departmental indicators.

Job Requirements

Degree in any discipline, though a related field like healthcare management will be an advantage
At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare environment
Good verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and manage projects independently
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for details
