Job Description
Disciplinary Case Management
- Support the management of disciplinary cases, including support for BOI, SRE/SE and whistleblowing, by conducting investigations, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Provide timely updates and maintain dashboard of IMH’s disciplinary cases.
Industrial Relations
- Assist in labour relations matters, including grievance handling.
- Coordinate union related activities and events.
Internship Management
- Manage the internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of interns to ensure a positive experience and effective learning opportunities.
- Facilitate communications between mentor and interns and oversee interns’ progress to ensure key deliverables are met.
- Maintain intern’s database and project dashboard.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management with 3-6 years of working experience in human resource functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous and independent
