Sr /Executive, Clinical and Patient Engagement Office
Being part of the Clinical and Patient Engagement Office, you will support the operationalization of the Hospital's strategic Quality & Clinical Governance Plan, specifically in clinical feedback management and medico-legal dispute resolution. You will act as a key liaison and perform investigations, facilitate meetings and replies and undertake negotiations with relevant parties
In addition, you will implement initiatives and identify learning opportunities to enhance patient-clinician engagement. You will also assist with the preparation of department/management reports and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
- Flair in written and verbal communication as well as facilitation skills
- Good critical thinking and situational management skills
- Comfortable to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
