Sr / Executive, Clinical & Health Informatics Office (Contract)
Job Description:
Support Clinical & Health Informatics Office (CHIO) in the implementation of the hospital informatics strategic roadmap through the intelligent use of health informatics to facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care.
Challenges
Your key responsibilities include the following: Support Chairman, Medical Board (CMB), Assistant CMBs, Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (CCIO), Assistant CCIOs (ACCIOs) and Director of CHIO to activities which include but not limited to:
- The development and implementation of clinical and health informatics use cases
- Working in partnership with stakeholders like Synapxe, TTSH and NHG stakeholders, and other public healthcare institutions to address users’ business requirements
- Enhancing and optimising workflows for clinicians through systems and technology levers
- Lead in projects and enhancements, feasibility assessment and solution evaluation and implementation
- Drive clinical and health informatics projects beyond TTSH e.g. NCID, RCH, NNI.
Requirements
- At least a tertiary degree from a recognized university. Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and people management.
- Strong analytical skills to manage complex issues and with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and process information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive projects with independently.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Health informatics certification, NGEMR certification, and project management certification (PMP) a plus.
