Sr Executive, Centre for MedTech & Innovation Office (2 Years Contract)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web-based software solutions for healthcare data management and reporting.
• Analyze and interpret EHR data to create insights and reports for healthcare professionals.
• Ensure the software solutions are secure, efficient, and compliant with healthcare regulations.

LLM Integration

• Integrate cutting-edge technologies to augment and streamline our healthcare administrative workflows.
• Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) with existing tools and systems to enhance data analysis, natural language processing, and other functionalities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement LLM-based solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and healthcare subject matter experts, to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in a timely manner.
   

Documentation and Reporting

• Document software design, development processes, and user guides.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Perform project documentation, generate data statistics & reports.

Leading a Project

• Participate in project management activities, such as sprint planning, task estimation, and status reporting, for software development projects and Digital Health Innovation initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in web development, AI/ML, and healthcare digital technology.
• Work with cross functional teams for incident investigation and follow up.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in web application development, with expertise in frameworks and technologies relevant to LLM or Generative AI integration
• Hands-on experience in integrating Generative AI and LLM models (preferably in controlled environment) with web applications.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7) is advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to project management activities.

Personal Attributes

• Proficient in server-side development using Node.js, Python, or Java
• Writing scripts using MSSQL for database management and integration
• ASP.net, .Net Core, C# for web application development.
• Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and front-end framework eg. Bootstrap.
• Experience in healthcare-related data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment practices
• Understanding of healthcare administrative workflows and processes
