Sr Asst Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement, inventory management, and governance/audit processes for retail pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy
- Lead stock take and cycle counts of retail pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy
- Handle the completion of drug rejection forms and write-off documentation, and secure necessary approvals for inventory adjustments
- Assist in the execution of business plan and sourcing strategies for house brand products in partnership with relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the operational aspects of new house brand product development (e.g. coordination, sourcing, evaluation)
- Conduct analysis of current and potential house brand products to make informed business decisions (e.g. market analysis, sales analysis)
- Assist the pharmacist in optimising inventory system management and processes for operational efficiency
- Assist the pharmacist in risk management and audit processes related to medication stock/inventory and retail pharmacy operations
- Provide administrative and operational support for pharmacy department, as well as department/institution/cluster activities
Job requirements:
- Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in procurement and inventory systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Ariba)
- Sound knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and corresponding governance processes
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical storage requirements and safety protocols is preferred
