Sr Asst Manager/ Asst Manager, Ops (HOPE)
JOB SUMMARY
You will support the Senior Manager in post-incident management of staff abuse and harassment cases, ensuring staff receives adequate support and assistance and the case is being followed through with the relevant parties.
You will also support the Senior Manager to develop and implement policies and initiatives to meet the hospital’s objectives of prevention and response to workplace abuse and harassment against all members of our workplace.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To work with the Senior Manager to:
- Triage and manage cases of staff abuse and harassment, ensuring staff receives adequate support and assistance, case is seen through with the relevant parties, and there is appropriate and timely close-loop communication with the staff
- Manage and monitor staff abuse and harassment data, ensuring that all cases are being tracked, followed up and documented accurately in the system
- Collate and generate staff abuse and harassment statistics (e.g. KPIs) for reporting to Office, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council, MOH and/or NHG
- Improve and streamline operational workflow or processes to support the end-to-end post-incident management of cases
- Manage queries from staff on staff protection policies, protocols or measures
Data
- Provide trending data for analysis and decision-making.
Secretariat Duties
- Provide Secretariat support for TTSHOPE and Workplace Safety and Health Council meetings. This includes organising meeting, writing meeting minutes and following up on meeting action points.
General
- Accountable for ensuring accuracy, quality and timeliness of work assigned
- Participate in hospital-level projects and workgroups
- Participate in emergency planning exercise and render support in any hospital emergency or incidents when required
- Assist to carry out any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in providing staff support. Experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus.
- Knowledge and experience in case management preferred
- Experience in engaging stakeholder across organizational functions and hierarchy
- Critical thinker who is analytical, meticulous and process-oriented
- Good organizational, coordination and project management skills
- Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
