Sr Asst Manager, Talent Acquisition

You will be part of the Group HR team to support the recruitment needs of National Healthcare Group
(NHG) and its institutions. You will work closely with the institutions’ stakeholders to identify recruitments needs and recommend the right talent sourcing market, setting up recruitment events, participate in employer branding programs to create the employee value proposition for NHG.


Job Summary
1. Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Building:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates who align with the organization's talent needs.

2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate assessments, tests, and interviews as needed.

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to hiring managers throughout the recruitment.

4. Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and relevant information.

5. Offer Management:

  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and address candidate questions or concerns.
  • Oversee the offer acceptance process and communicate with candidates until their start date

6. Talent Branding and Networking:

  • Promote the organization's talent brand through various channels to attract top talent.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build a professional network and stay updated on industry trends.

7. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators.

8. Compliance and Legal Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, equal employment opportunity guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations.

9. Continuous Improvement on ad-hoc projects.

  • Involved in budgeting for job-street renewal on a cluster initiative.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with a focus on full-cycle recruitment. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Ability to be resilient and work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
