About the Role
Join us in shaping the future of workforce capability and talent development! This role combines strategic learning management with scholarship administration to drive organizational growth and innovation. You will oversee training plans, leverage technology for process improvements, and manage scholarship programs across Tan Tock Seng Hospital, NCID, and ICH.


Key Responsibilities
- Execute departmental training plans (in-house, external, overseas) and monitor utilization
- Conduct training needs analysis and implement effective learning strategies
- Explore the use of tech tools to execute process improvements within the department
- Manage scholarship and sponsorship programs, including MOH In-Service Scholarships
- Plan and monitor budgets for learning and scholarship initiatives
- Administer learning records, evaluations, reimbursements, and scholar progress
- Prepare and manage training and scholarship bonds/MSP

What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred background in Learning & Development and/or Scholarship Management
- Preferred familiarity with learning technologies and process automation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
