Sr Asst Manager, Human Resource

We are expanding our in-house Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support sustained workforce growth and organisational transformation.

We are looking for an experienced TA professional who can independently manage hiring portfolios, partner confidently with hiring managers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal TA capability.             

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hiring Partnership & Workforce Planning

  • Partner hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support hiring for administrative and ancillary roles within the public healthcare environment.
  • Understand business and operational priorities and translate them into practical hiring plans.
  • Apply market insights to advise on role scoping, hiring timelines, and selection strategies
  • Identify hiring trends and talent gaps to inform workforce planning, pipeline development, and hiring strategies.

 

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned portfolios, from intake to offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring, niche, or critical roles
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand

 

Data, Governance & Process Improvement

  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and fair hiring practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve TA processes, tools, and assessment quality

 

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
  • Represent the organisation at career events, engagement sessions, or outreach programmes when required        

 

REQUIREMENT

  • Around 5 years of experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role within a medium to large organisation
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently across multiple roles or portfolios
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment data/metrics
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting will be advantageous
