Sr Associate Executive
The incumbent will be part of the Planning team, supporting corporate planning activities and events, strategic planning processes, performance reporting, cluster and HQ operations and ad-hoc projects undertaken by the department.
Job Responsibility
- Support scheduling needs of the team for various discussions
- Support the admin and logistics needs of Executive Group Meetings, Staff Chiefs Meetings, Senior Management Meetings, management retreats, Board meetings, Board Steering Committee meetings and other events as tasked
- General administration and tasking for a variety of projects assigned from time to time. This may include organizing events such as Group Townhall, the NHG Workplan Seminar etc which would require you to request for quote, negotiate with vendors, planning for logistics. It may also require collating information on the subject matter for informed decision making by the HOD.
- Assist to develop communication materials such as corporate slides, electronic mailers or infographics.
Job Requirements
(a) Education/Training/Experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Resourceful
- Experience in any one of the followings would be an advantage:
- secretarial work
- general admin duties
- assisting in organization of retreats and meetings
