Job Purpose

The Senior Executive will support the organization’s strategic growth in Value-Based Care (VBC) under Clinical & Academic Development. This role assists in data analytics, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to improve clinical outcomes and optimize resource utilization.


Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze healthcare utilization and clinical data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor clinical outcomes and healthcare service utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure dashboards and indicators meet operational and strategic needs to drive Value-Based Care in NHG Health.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the Assistant Director in leading stakeholder engagement and driving strategic planning for Value-Based Care initiatives across NHG.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health (MOH), Synapxe, and other key organizations, to align processes and resource planning with VBC strategies.

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Prepare analysis findings, meeting papers, and presentation materials for senior management and MOH.
  • Support the team to drive stakeholder engagement to accelerate VBC implementation.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements through data analytics, including analyzing patients’ utilization and creating condition-specific dashboards to monitor improvements. (Approx. 40% of time)
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align measurements and drive Value-Based Care improvements. Objectives include:
    • Optimize resource utilization and ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain a financially sustainable value delivery system.
    • Benchmark NHG’s performance nationally and internationally and encourage sharing of best practices. (Approx. 20% of time)
  • Conduct data analysis and leverage relevant resources to identify opportunities that deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and providers. (Approx. 20% of time)
  • Prepare regular quarterly reports, meeting papers, and presentation materials for senior management and MOH. (Approx. 10% of time)
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the Supervisor. (Approx. 10% of time)

Job Requirements

Education/Training/Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to work or internships in data analytics will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R) is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
