What the role is

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join us in driving a vibrant healthcare innovation ecosystem through digital transformation programme management, strategic networks, unified resources, and impactful communications across NHG. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Director to spearhead the development and execution of a transformational programme and drive engagement activities.

 

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Transformation Programme Enablement
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with various stakeholders across NHG institutions and prepare comprehensive documentation, including meeting minutes and progress reports.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on programme deliverables.
  • Provide support for the roll-up of all initiatives.
  • Work directly with project owners to accelerate identified key digital transformation project.
  • Work closely with the team in identifying and match-making government, public, commercial innovation partners to support innovation collaborations.
  • Work with various governing bodies (Digital/Data/Security, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to streamline business requirements and establish frameworks that enable faster, more cost-effective and secure deployment of innovations.
  • Any other task as assigned.

 

  1. Communications and Engagement
  • Organise and execute ground engagement activities and outreach efforts to build strong relationships with stakeholders. This includes workshops, seminars, and networking sessions.
  • Manage participant engagement and collect/analyse feedback to improve programme effectiveness.
  • Co-develop and implement communication strategies to promote digital innovation initiatives.
  • Maintain centralised resources and repository for NHG innovators
  • Support both Communications and Operations teams for key initiatives.
  • Any other task as assigned.

 

Skills and Experience

  • 4 years of programme management, stakeholder engagement, or digital governance experience
  • Strong track record in organising and facilitating workshops, events, and engagement activities
  • Experience in business improvement and digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in data management and visualisation using M365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple governance stakeholders and navigate institutional processes
  • Experience in managing feedback channels and stakeholder relationships
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Advantageous Experience

  • Healthcare administration or healthcare IT background
  • Start-up or innovation ecosystem experience
  • Experience in public sector transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of digital innovation and emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • Degree in any disciplines, preferably in any of the following - Business Management or Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Science, technology, engineering, along with deep interest in digital transformation and new technologies
